Letters of recommendation: I am happy to support current and former students with letters of recommendation for grad school, employment, and other pursuits. To request a letter, please send me the following information at least four weeks before your submission deadline:

• What you’re applying for and when it is due

• Why I am the best person to write you a recommendation (including which classes you took with me)

• Application materials (personal statement, cover letter, etc.)

• A current CV or resumé

Please note that I am more likely to be able to write a strong recommendation if you have taken at least two classes with me, or if we have worked substantively together in another way.
